Shipping & Delivery Policy
You can enjoy free shipping for orders over SGD 80 within Singapore. For orders under SGD 80, there’s a flat rate delivery charge.

Delivery method
Orders Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped out to the shipping address within three (3) working days upon receiving the full payment.
Transit Time: 3 – 5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays)
Address Change
We are unable to change the delivery address once the shipment is on its way. If you need to change the area where your goods will be delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase at hello@cottonbabies.com.sg.
Delayed Deliveries
We aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any order however we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates and we would update you accordingly if there are any changes on the delivery dates or we could foresee that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Non-Cancellation of Order
You are not allowed to cancel your order after the order is successfully placed and paid.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that the recipient’s address and contact details are entered correctly in English. Cotton Babies™ will not be responsible for orders that cannot be shipped and/or delivered due to inability to access restricted zones, input errors in the recipient’s shipping address and/or contact details, failed attempts to contact the recipient, non-acceptance of the delivery. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned to us due to one or more of the above reasons. For missed or failed deliveries, re-delivery fees may be charged by the service provider.
Additional Charges
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of SGD 5 for Singapore Orders. Any additional charges, including but not limited to surcharges for deliveries to certain regions or restricted zones, will be charged to and payable by the recipient separately.
Damaged Packages During Transit
Upon delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any obvious defects or damage. You need to keep proof of the defective or damaged delivered product as reference in case of future communication with us.
IMPORTANT: Please note Public Holidays, International Holidays, Weather Conditions & Customs aren’t included in estimated transit schedule and may additionally pro-long the standard delivery time.
