Returns & Exchange Policy
All orders are checked thoroughly for any defects before shipment. However, if you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped product, please reach out to us at hello@cottonbabies.com.sg with the photos of the defect or incorrectly shipped products and your order details.
Products that are defective or incorrectly shipped must be returned within seven (7) days of the return/refund period (after the order arrived) but the product must be returned in an unused condition, in its original state with tags and packaging attached. The products must be return to us at your own cost. You must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our return address on the packaging.
Upon receipt of the defective or incorrectly shipped product, we will deliver the replaced product to you within seven (7) days at our own cost.
In case the product ordered is unavailable for exchange, due to out of stock, you will receive a refund in form of voucher and you may use this voucher for your next purchase with us.
For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise that falls under toiletries, inner garments, bedding, and feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cash refunds are NOT allowed unless due to faulty products.
