All of our products are made from 100% Organic Cotton certified by G.O.T.S (Global Organic Textile Standard)

G.O.T.S is recognized as the world’s leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. G.O.T.S has strict standard for the entire processing chain. When a fabric is G.O.T.S certified, it means that neither the workers nor the environment is harmed throughout the process. G.O.T.S prohibits the use of the kind of chemicals commonly used in textile processing that can cause various serious illnesses. G.O.T.S ensures that there are safe-working conditions for workers, no discrimination and no child labour. It ensures that clothes are produced sustainably and ethically.

Our products are 100% Organic Cotton. As such, our products are free from harmful chemical and it is hypoallergenic. This makes our organic cotton products a better choice for people with chemical sensitives or allergies because its less likely to cause any skin irritations.

Regular cotton is sprayed with harmful pesticides, herbicides and defoliants that causes skin irritations, allergies and rashes. Even people without sensitive skin may notice skin irritation when using regular cotton. Organic Cotton does not contain harsh chemical, it’s hypoallergenic and safe to use for all.

For your convenience, each product page comes with the size chart. If you are not sure of the exact measurement, we recommend choosing a size larger so your baby gets more wear out of the clothes.

We mail our products in eco-friendly recyclable boxes so it can be presented as a gift and the box can be recycled. However, if you are buying for yourself, and wish to join us in reducing carbon footprint, you can request for the products without a box in the remark sections.

Returns & Shipping

You can enjoy free shipping for orders over SGD 80 within Singapore. For orders under SGD 80, there’s a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page for charges and delivery times.

We are sorry to hear that! If you receive a defective item or incorrect products. Please reach out to us at hello@cottonbabies.com.sg with the photos of the defect or incorrectly shipped products together with your order details and we will get back to you. You may also refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Orders received with full payments will be processed and shipped within 3 days. You will receive your tracking information upon postage. Parcels will usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days should there be no unforeseen circumstances.
